The site combines a modern, approachable design with automated Reapit property listings, clear service pathways and practical tools for buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
McIntyre Property is a family-owned, independent real estate agency with more than 25 years of experience in the Canberra property market. Based in Tuggeranong, the team works across residential sales, property management and investment advice.
The existing website no longer reflected the agency or provided the online experience expected by today’s property buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. McIntyre Property needed a complete rebuild that would strengthen its local positioning, make important services easier to find and present property listings clearly across desktop and mobile devices.
Webtree designed and developed a new WordPress website with a clean, contemporary style that balances the professionalism of an established agency with the personality of a family-owned Canberra business. The site structure gives each audience a direct path to the information they need, including properties for sale and rent, recent sales, appraisals, property management services, team profiles and tenant resources.
A custom automated import connects the website with McIntyre Property’s Reapit system. Current and sold property data is regularly brought into WordPress, reducing duplicate administration and keeping the website aligned with the agency’s property management software. Custom listing templates present key property details, inspection times, features, floor plans and agent contact information in a consistent, easy-to-scan format.
Each property listing includes an enquiry form so interested buyers or tenants can contact the agency from the page they are viewing. Dedicated sales appraisal, rental appraisal, tenancy application and maintenance request forms also turn the website into a practical tool for both prospective and existing clients.
The completed website gives McIntyre Property a stronger digital presence and a flexible platform that can continue to support the agency as its team, services and property portfolio change.
