Web Design/Development Equipment Supplier

Tasmac is an agricultural and construction equipment company with four branches throughout Tasmania and over fifty staff.

Webtree first built this site for Tasmania Farm Equipment (part of the Elders Group). In 2017 the company was sold, the website was re-skinned with the new branding and styling and duplicated to represent the Tasmania and New South Wales branches of TotalAg. Although the sites contained different content, one codebase was maintained across the two sites to save on development costs.

In 2020, the management structure changed again and the Tasmanian branches rebranded to Tasmac. At this time the website was given a major overhaul, restructured, restyled and rebranded.

A lot of consideration was given to the backend of the website in order to allow Tasmac staff to easily and quickly add new products, used equipment, staff and articles.

Several custom Gutenberg blocks (widgets) were developed to assist the marketing department in quickly building striking product pages.

A form for users to ask questions on every new and used product page serves as a call to action. This provides Tasmac staff with daily enquiries and an opportunity for sales staff to connect directly and positively with potential customers.

Webtree are currently (2021) working with Tasmac to further develop the parts enquiries section of the website. The outcome will be a better user experience for customers and a streamlined and more efficient process for the parts team at Tasmac.

.. has done a fabulous job with our website here at TASMAC. She does an amazing job at explaining everything, as well as going above and beyond to teach me the basics of how to run/navigate the website she has produced. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and I highly recommend both her and her work! Thank you again Jen for all of your hard work.
